Go Into All the World...
Partner with Jesus in Making Disciples who Make Disciples.
Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

Join Us in Obeying Jesus' Mission
The word "disciple" means "student" or "learner." Jesus sent His followers to make new disciples for Himself—people who would devote their lives to learning from Him.

At Roots Church, we take this mission seriously. We work both individually and together.
Individually, we share our testimonies of what Jesus has done in our lives, and we explain the Jesus' death and resurrection matters to people. Every person in Roots Church is invited to join the fun of praying for friends, family, coworkers, neighbors, and even strangers. We believe it's "normal" to expect miracles as we love and serve people.

Together, we grow in Jesus at our house churches; and we invite others to join us. As each person expresses the various gifts God has placed in them, Jesus teaches us together. We trust the Holy Spirit to reveal Jesus and whatever He wants to do and say in all of our meetings and through all of our participants.

If you want to get started sharing your faith, making disciples, and perhaps even starting a house church, this web site will teach you the basics.
But some stuff is better "caught" than "taught." In other words, come connect with someone in our network who is doing what you want to be doing. Join one of our Saturday outreaches and learn to share your faith. Participate in a house church and discover how we make disciples together. Join our School of Ministry to be challenged in your spiritual growth. And if you're thinking about starting a house church, join us for our second Sunday pastor gatherings. As we spend time together following Jesus, your faith will grow, your skills will develop, and your confidence will strengthen.
